A legend of one game showcasing his admiration for other sports always wins the hearts of millions. Thus, when LeBron James displays his support for stars and teams from various sports, it catches the eyes of everyone. But at times, it becomes a bit too excessive, leading to annoyance rather than affection.

Something similar happened this time around when the proclaimed Ohio State fanboy cheered for another football team. The Los Angeles Lakers star’s recent support for Deshaun Watson?s NFL team irked the supporters as they let him know their feelings.

What did LeBron James do?

The Cleveland Browns registered a dominant 27-3 home victory over the Tennessee Titans in the NFL. This commanding performance of Watson?s side received applause from numerous icons as LeBron became a part of it, too. The 38-year-old posted the team’s name as a hashtag to cheer for the victors.

This act of his came only a few hours after his support for his favorite team, the Ohio State Buckeyes. The 4-time NBA champion publicly aligned himself with the statements of the team’s head coach Ryan Day. Before that, James had been cheerful about Deion Sanders’ Colorado on their path to revenge.

The viewers have always appreciated LeBron’s constant support for the football teams. But at this stage, it is doing him more damage than good. His unnecessary deviation from one particular team has annoyed several fans as they questioned his actions.

A handful of fanatics mocked his attitude of continuously shifting from one side to the other. Some deemed his activities as out of hand. One fan let him know about that as he commented, “This is getting wild,”?to point out the 19-time All-Star’s outrageous actions.

Another fan jumped in soon and called James out for the same. He jokingly stated, “How many teams do you like lol”.

A handful of supporters mocked him for the decision to choose the Browns.

One more fan hammered home the exact point just in a bit different way. He demanded the 4-time NBA MVP to pick a better team for the NFL season.

It continued in the comments as many laughed at his choice later on.

All in all, it’s fair to say that LeBron’s jump to another ship was not accepted well by the supporters this time. Maybe he would need to give it a bit more thought next time around.
