Stephen Curry’s last hardwood outing might be unexceptional, but the superstar has gone out all guns blazing on the golf course. The Golden State Warriors player’s unbelievable swing at Lake Tahoe not only impressed his fans but also his recent rival. The NFL star admired Chef’s golfing ability days after he dominated the Splash Brothers in a celebrity game. 

Stephen Curry always had his eye on golf during his NBA offseason. Importantly, several golfing legends and analysts have publicly admitted Steph’s ability to turn into a pro with his golfing ability. Moreover, as a testament to his ability and reputation for his accuracy, the Baby-faced assassin recently swung his golf club to perfection. 

Stephen Curry leaves Patrick Mahomes stunned

NFL superstars Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce took on Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson in a celebrity golf game a little over a fortnight. While the Dubnation expected the Splash Bros to win the game, the NFL brothers pulled off a landsliding victory. However, the 4x NBA Champion had another opportunity to impress his fans and his recent rivals during another celebrity golf tournament.

In the ongoing American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament, Steph has been entertaining the crowd with his presence and basketball shooting skills. Additionally, in his recent outing, he left everyone speechless as he sunk the hole in one and ultimately topping the tournament with 44 points.

Following the swing, praises poured in from all directions and, importantly, from Mahomes. The Chiefs star retweeted Curry’s historic swing and wrote, “I wish i was as cool as  @StephenCurry30.” 

Apart from Mahomes, thousands of fans swarmed the comments praising the Dubs superstar.

But while everyone is aware of Steph’s golf passion, only a veteran media personality understood his actual ability. He once promised the 2x MVP to turn him into a professional. 

Veteran media personality opened up about Steph’s golfing prowess

During the recent episode of Mattie and Caddie, the veteran media personality, Michael Collins opened up about Steph’s ability to become a professional golfer.

He said, “After we played 18 holes, I told him [Steph] straight up, I can have you ready for the PGA tour in eight months.” He further went on to talk about his relationship with Curry on the show.
