Recently we found out that not only are Stephen Curry and Ayesha godparents to Lindsay Lohan’s child, but that Steph has a god sister. It was none other than the Stanford phenom Cameron Brink. His parents happen to be the godparents to young Brink. And at a time when the NCAA champion is in need of a cheering up, the Curry family ensured to come together to show their love.

Brink’s Stanford had to admit defeat to NC State (67-77) on Friday. The 2x Pac-12 Player of the Year was playing at home when she had to face the loss. With only 8:10 remaining on the clock, Cameron Brink fouled out, and in the process, played her last game of college. You can imagine the kind of emotions that would be running high in the 22-year-old’s mind.

Following the instance, her god-brother and Warriors fame Steph Curry took to Instagram to cheer her up. He shared her post and left a warming note for the small forward. “You left your mark!! Job well done Cam,” Curry wrote followed by the raised hands emoji.

But Stephen Curry wasn’t the only one who showed love to Cam. His mother, Sonya Curry, and sister, Sydel Curry-Lee, both took to Instagram to share their support. The mom-daughter duo reposted Bleacher Report’s tribute to Brink, listing her achievements. Steph’s sister particularly seemed to be very proud of her god sister. And very rightly so considering all the accolades enough to make anyone beam with pride.

Cam is only 22 and her resume is already longer than Steph’s, solidifying her path to the WNBA. Her role as a power/small forward for the Stanford Cardinals has been key. In fact, it was Brink’s fouling out that the Wolfpack took complete advantage of in the matchup. Even so, her contributions to Stanford will be remembered for a long time. The 22-year-old stands decorated as:

  • NCAA Champion
  • 3x Pac-12 DPOY
  • WBCA DPOY
  • 3x All-Pac-12 Team
  • 3x Pac-12 All-Defensive Team
  • FIBA 3×3 World Cup MVP
