Whenever the Celtics play the Sixers, there will surely be fireworks. As the two divisional rivals have battled it out for multiple decades. But in recent years, the Celtics have the upper hand in the rivalry. The Sixers would look to assert themselves again this season but it won’t be easy as they have had a shaky offseason.

James Harden’s recent return to training camp provides a welcome boost to the Sixers fans. But the fans shouldn’t get their hopes too high as Harden being Harden, no matter how courteous and serious he seems, his future is still up in the air. Both Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey have to elevate their game in order to get anywhere near the top of the conference.

Both have had their fair share of injury troubles in the past and the management will look to ease them towards match fitness.
