Aaron Gordon and Nikola Jokic spearheaded the Nuggets‘ Game 4 win with explosive performances. Their partnership fetched 62 points to defeat the Timberwolves, leaving the fans in awe. On the other hand, their off-court uncanny partnership gave a wholesome moment to a room full of chuckling reporters after the game. As Gordon received his fair share of media attention after a splendid 11-12 FG, the giant arrived.

During the post-game presser, a reporter asked him about his selfless nature and where he derived it from. Right on cue, Jokic barged into the presser through the reporters, gearing up for his turn. As he tried to hilariously hide from the ongoing presser, Gordon chose to credit him. The star forward added, “It’s a great transition… some big fella stepped into the room. That guy, man, that’s where I learned to be selfless… He is the best basketball player in the world. 3x MVP, he is the most selfless, humble dude that you’ll ever be. If a 3x MVP can do, I can do it too.”

After crediting the big man, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Jokic hugged it out and gave a wholesome view to the reporters. The Joker has involved himself in many hilarious and wholesome press interactions throughout his career.

The Serbian star, who rarely shows emotions off the court, often cracks up his audience with his responses. Sometimes, he may even leave them to say, “Aww.”

For instance, during the 2023 Finals Game 2 presser, Utah Jazz‘s Walker Kessler posed as a reporter and simply asked how he was doing. Jokic, in response with a smile, said, “I like it. Doing good… It’s rainy today.”

Despite his achievements on the court, the 3x MVP always maintained a low-key persona off the court. The last time he grabbed the press’ attention was when he dressed as ‘Gru’ from the Despicable Me franchise.

Can the humble Nikola Jokic defend the title for the Nuggets?

Tonight, before giving away wholesome content to the reporters, he dominated the Wolves with a thunderous performance. He dropped 35 points with an all-round effort of 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, and a block. He also received similar support from Gordon, who recorded a 27-pointer along with 6 assists, 7 rebounds, 1 steal, and 2 blocks, giving a nightmare to the Wolves.
