Patrick Beverley threw his emotions at a fan amid the elimination. The Milwaukee Bucks took on the Indiana Pacers in a do-or-die game to force Game 7. The short-handed Bucks even got the help of Damian Lillard after he made a miraculous return from injury. Nevertheless, it didn’t make any difference. Around the two-minute mark in the fourth quarter, the starting line-up has already clocked out giving into the blowout loss. At that time, a fan threw a ball at Beverley and that’s when everything transpired.
The reason is unclear as it could be even to get an autograph from the star as he willfully caught the ball. However, it immediately took a turn when Pat Bev threw the ball back at him at full pace, leaving the fans and bench stunned. Notably, the situation was handled by staff and teammates immediately. He had an underwhelming night. The 35-year-old churned in his entire energy for the game, playing 40 minutes, but ended up having a poor shooting night.

Patrick Beverley held a disappointing 3-11 FG and managed to score only 6 points. On top of that, he couldn’t do much of orchestrating like he did in Game 5. In the previous game, fans across the NBA world hailed Beverley for his effort to run the plays with a shorthanded Bucks team. He scored 13 points with 12 assists and a block in Game 5 and won the battle with Tyrese Haliburton. Tonight, he could grab only 2 rebounds and dished out 5 assists, opening the back door for the Wisconsin side.
Notably, the veteran point guard’s journey with the Bucks could also end with this game. The team roped him in mid-season from the Philadelphia 76ers, who had signed a one-year contract with him. So, Beverley will turn into a free agent in the off-season, leaving him hanging for the next season.

Patrick Beverley doesn’t go easy on the fans
Tonight isn’t the first instance Beverley went haywire at the crowd. Last season, he attracted a lot of reactions when he climbed on the sideline bench after winning a Play-in Tournament game for the Chicago Bulls and screamed at the fans. Similarly, he has a lot of on-court antics which have even ejected him off the court.
During the last season, when he represented the LA Lakers, Bev once argued with the refs with a camera over a missed call. The officials ejected him and eventually left the fans in splits.

On the other hand, he also dropped a harsh take on the Philly fans after an unusual incident. In the ongoing series between the Sixers and NY Knicks, the Big Apple fans raised chants against Joel Embiid at the Wells Fargo Center while the Philly crowd watched it. In response to that, Beverley in his recent podcast said, “Them Philly fans let them New Yorkers in the building saying ‘F**k Embiid,’ that ain’t cool… I know Philly people, I played in Philly. Can’t let that s**t ride.”
Will the Philly fans take his word for Game 6 and be louder than the Knicks fans? Let us know in the comments below.
