The NY Knicks legend Mark Jackson gets blunt with his advice to LeBron James. It’s an unavoidable conversation in the NBA world regarding the superstar’s son, Bronny James. Especially after James announced his wish to play alongside him before he hung his boots. However, things went south after Bronny’s recent health scare and his struggling record in collegiate basketball. Keeping the noise in mind, Mark Jackson dropped valuable advice to King James. 

In the latest episode of Come And Talk 2 Me, Jackson took out a snippet from his own life and advised James, “If you’re Bronny James there’s going to be people that’s going to celebrate you… there’s going to be people that’s going to hate… it’s a gift and a curse to be the son of LeBron… My son was almost dead thank God that he’s still alive.” Through his story, he advised James to safeguard his son from external forces.

Jackson’s son, Mark Jackson Jr. (32) is currently playing professional basketball for Manhattan Jaspers. While Jackson son couldn’t make it to the NBA, he went on to give a suggestion for the betterment of LeBron James’ son. He added, “The best position for him [Bronny] to get better is to be on one of these NBA teams and work out every single day and get better .” 

It hasn’t been easy for Bronny since his high school career. There have been instances of crowd chants against the rising star and it continued even in his college career. Recently, during his latest outing against the UCLA, the crowd welcomed him with chants like ‘Who’s your daddy‘ and ‘Overrated’.

Unfortunately, Bronny hasn’t been the same athlete after his cardiac arrest. The youngster is yet to find his form in his freshman year.

At the same time, LeBron James’ agent Rich Paul dropped a crucial update on the Father-Son team up.

Amid Bronny James’ underwhelming collegiate season, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski broke a shocking update from Rich Paul. Woj said, “One thing that won’t be in consideration I’m told by Rich Paul: The idea that [Bronny] needs to play with LeBron James, be on the same roster, play with him on the Lakers…”

By the looks of Woj’s statement, Bronny might continue to play his sophomore year with the USC and later look for his chance in the league. At the same time, the clock is ticking for King James in the league, as he is in the last leg his career.
