After a commanding home win, Portland is hungry for another victory against Anthony Edwards’ troops. The Trail Blazers had recorded a stunning 14-point victory, snapping a 3-game losing streak, and now comes the 2nd game in a back-to-back as the Minnesota Timberwolves will look to bounce back after the upset. But before that, we will look into the injury report and other details.
Let’s talk about the
Timberwolves first. A big major update/positive update is that there is no injury in the Wolves so far. Only, Mike Conley reportedly won’t be playing today for ‘rest’ purposes. Well, now that’s great, isn’t it?ADVERTISEMENT

But the Trail Blazers have some players injured. Their veteran Centre
Deandre Ayton has been marked as “out” after spraining his right index finger. He sustained the injury when he last played against the Grizzlies while recording 6 points, 8 rebounds, and 1 assist. What’s your perspective on:

Next is their guard, Matisse Thybulle, who is also reported as “out” because of his knee. He’s been dealing with inflammation in the right knee since October and has missed all the games this season so far. The next update provides little relief to the Trail Blazers.
Anfernee Simons is reported as “day-to-day” which means he could return if there’s a thumbs up from the medical team. The hoopster had left yesterday’s game because of shortness of breath and head coach Chauncey Billups said they will undergo more testing before Wednesday’s rematch and he should be okay. With that said, it’s time to look into their depth chart.Depth chart and potential lineups: Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Portland Trail Blazers
