In 2015, Stephen Curry signed a three-year deal with Brita to promote the brand’s water filtration products and the advantages of water. As the ambassador for Brita, they featured Curry in TV commercials and digital, public relations, and social media campaigns.

“Drinking water is essential to a healthy lifestyle,” said Curry as part of the campaign. He further added, “Water is my drink. I like that Brita makes tap water taste good, so you don’t need to spend money or waste plastic with bottled water”. Besides collaborating with the former MVP. Brita was a founding supporter of Drink Up, an initiative by the Partnership for a Healthier America. Its honorary chairwoman was First Lady Michelle Obama. They aimed to encourage people to consume water more frequently.
