Yesterday, Grizzlies’ head coach, Taylor Jenkins, was quizzed about Ja’s fitness for the game against the Clippers. He said, “Hopefully he’s feeling better”. But he didn’t provide a timeline for his return.

This season, the Grizzlies have been plagued by injuries. Apart from Morant, Memphis will also miss the services of Brandon Clarke (Achilles), Derrick Rose (hamstring) and Luke Kennard (knee) for tonight’s game. Their starting center, Steven Adams, remains sidelined for the entire season due to a knee injury.
