This year’s ESPY Awards just got over and fans got a treat from the wife of LeBron James. Every year, athletes are recognized for their unparalleled performances and contributions to the world of sports. So, LeBron James being one of them is no surprise. But while the living legend’s accomplishments are greater than ever, that quickly got overshadowed by Savannah James’ speech at the award show.

Savannah along with the rest of the James gang got up to the stage to talk about The King. And while she almost had a slip of tongue, fans were more focused on comparing her with Ayesha Curry instead.

LeBron James’s wife almost slurs on National TV

Savannah, Bronny, Bryce and Zhuri recently took the stage to talk about James’ accomplishments. The King’s feat of surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the All-Time Leading scorer was recognized on the show.

As Savannah got on stage, she said, “I want to tell you what I think: I think LeBron James is the baddest mother…” Before she could finish, she was interrupted by her daughter Zhuri that made the entire crowd laugh.

While this may have been scripted, fans were quick to point out the vast difference between the two wives of the NBA stars.

Fans slam the wife of Stephen Curry

Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry’s wife Ayesha faced a lot of heat and backlash after a video of her recently resurfaced. She was seen acting to take off her ring when she saw a shirtless muscular man bringing drinks on a reality show.

The video spread like wildfire and Ayesha was slammed by fans on social media. Now, the fanbase is comparing her with Savannah James who did something entirely opposite.

One fan tweeted, “Meanwhile Ayesha taking of her ring on live tv.”

Another fan commented, “Ayesha Curry would never say no sh*t like that about Steph.”
