The Olympics are long over, but not for the James family. After a thrilling gold medal run, LeBron James and his wife, Savannah James went on to extend their tour in Europe. The next stop after Paris was Cannes followed by Monaco. But both wouldn’t have been as exciting as their trip to Munich where the two attended Adele’s concert. However, with their vacation coming to an end, the couple decided to revitalize as they head back home.
Savannah James recently posted a story captioned, “Post Vaca Reup”, as the couple was in the middle of their IV therapy. Well, the trip from their hometown to Paris isn’t a short one, including the trip back home from Munich. Of course, after traveling over 12 thousand miles, the couple needed a recharge. In fact, this wasn’t the first time Savannah and James went through an IV therapy.
Back when James and the Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs, Savannah updated her fans while going through yet another IV therapy. This was also during the time when the Lakers were looking for a new head coach. Little did Savannah know that her story revealed James’ whereabouts. This led to multiple rumors suggesting that Nick Nurse might take over as the next head coach of the Lakers. Nevertheless, the rumor was nowhere to be found relevant just a few days later.

Now, fans might wonder whether the King must take an IV therapy. Well, LeBron James is pretty athletic and strong for someone who is 40. Not only that but James’ workout regime is still quite intense. But at the end of the day, IV therapy is just a faster way to deliver the necessary vitamins through a drip. And considering James’ investment into his own physique, IV therapy is just a recharger.
LeBron James spends millions on his physique every year
Do you think it’s as organic as it could get to maintain an athletic physique at 40? Not exactly, James spends over $1.5 million on his physique each year. These include his diet, trainers, all the cryotherapy, hyperbaric chambers, and more. It is safe to say that the King doesn’t take it easy on his physique’s development each year. And for the most part, the improvements are visible as he continues to perform each season.
But it will be interesting to see how long James can go before calling it a career. He might not be as dominant as he was back in his early 30s, but still, James has managed to be better than 95% of the players in the league, or at least that’s how he likes to put it. On the other hand, the offseason will soon come to an end. The King will look to get back to training camp soon, as he prepares for one of the most historic seasons of his career.
