However, LeBron James believes it might be premature to place high expectations on the team for this season. Well, this comment comes after the massive shift in the coaching department and almost no new faces in the roster. “I don’t have any expectations,” LeBron James stated after the initial day of training camp. “And that’s unfair to put any expectations on us right now.” 

Last season, the Lakers were eliminated by the Denver Nuggets in a 4-1 series during the first playoff round. Of course, LeBron James & Co. wouldn’t want a repeat telecast of such a nightmare this time, but their skepticism is palpable.
