There is a long history between LeBron and Cleveland. Being from Akron, Ohio, the 38-year-old proudly carries “The Kid From Ohio” tag even after all his success. Other than that, the world still fondly remembers his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers and what he achieved with and for the franchise. So as a true native of Ohio, being a Browns fan is not a surprise but the love for this Cleveland franchise is newly found. The LA Lakers superstar was heavily invested in the Dallas Cowboys franchise as a football found. But recently, he decided to go back to his roots and declared himself a Browns fan.
Recently, the Browns secured a massive record that was unbroken in over 50 years. Through a five-game stretch, they conceded only 1002 yards which is the lowest in a five-game stretch in 50 years. A record-breaking feat like that calls for celebration and the 4x NBA champion made sure he doesn’t miss this opportunity to join his team to celebrate. Sharing the Browns post on his Instagram story, LeBron congratulated Myles Garrett and the Browns. He also added a string of “????????” emojis to show his pride in the team.
