Recently, a Kobe Bryant devotee, who is a current teammate of LeBron James picked his GOAT.
The player himself is the talk of the town right now after signing a 4 year $53,827,872 extension with the Los Angeles Lakers. So, the NBA star picking his GOAT carried a lot of volume in the long-standing debate.

In a recent episode with Sirius XM NBA Radio, Austin Reaves revealed that despite him being a Kobe Bryant fan, he considered LeBron James the GOAT. ?In my personal opinion, even being a Kobe Bryant guy, I think he (James) is the greatest player to ever play,? he said while shedding light on the debate. The 25-year-old then praised his teammate’s attributes stating, “I don?t think anybody?s ever been that good at everything”.

Nicknamed ‘Hillbilly Kobe’, Reaves then talked about the close bond he shared with his 38-year-old teammate. He highlighted that they shared similar ideas on how the game of basketball should be played. “We always had that natural basketball feel playing with each other,”?he reportedly mentioned while discussing how they connected on the court.
So, Reaves’ decision was influenced majorly by the time he spent with LeBron. As the youngster revealed, he looked up to him as a guide, both on and off the court. In all seriousness, his opinion makes us question one thing.

The four-time NBA champion has played 20 seasons in the NBA till now. During this time, he earned 19 All-Star call-ups. Despite being on the brink of his 40s, he averaged over 28 points in the last regular season. He also broke the all-time scoring record last season.
