LeBron James has spoken several times about dreaming of owning an NBA franchise one day. Guess who else shares the dream? Michael B. Jordan himself. Apart from being a superstar, the 36-year-old is a well-established entrepreneur. He has a diverse sports portfolio with investments in teams such as the Premier League’s AFC Bournemouth and FI’s Alpine Racing.
However, his passion has always been basketball and his community. That’s one of the reasons he began the Legacy Classic for HBCU universities. Through the program, underserved athletes get a chance to showcase their basketball talents in nationally televised games on TNT.
