LeBron James’ Cryptic Tweet Has Fans Urging 39YO to Move On from Lakers: “Come to Dallas”

The uncertainty around LeBron James’ future with the Lakers has increased as we approach the off-season. With him yet to make a decision on his $51.4 million player option for next season, fans are left wondering if he will keep wearing the purple and gold or head to another destination. Amid these doubts, King James left the NBA World even more confused as he dropped a cryptic tweet which led to fans luring him to their favorite teams.

With many people doubting LeBron’s desire to win another ring, Cuffs The Legend made a tweet calling out the critics, claiming that they have no idea what they are talking about. Even LeBron seemed to agree with the tweet and doubled down, questioning, “Do they ever know what they’re talking about?!” While everyone has their theory of what he will do next, no one actually knows what’s going on in the King’s mind.

Just last year as the Lakers reached all the way to the Conference Finals, LeBron made his intentions clear about playing to win, “I wanna win and give myself a chance to win and still compete for championships… Playing basketball at this level just to be playing basketball is not in my DNA.” Yes, he is nearing the age of forty and is in the later stages of his career. But LeBron still has enough left in the tank to play winning basketball and hopefully compete for another title. Dominating the game for over two decades, that’s the only style of play that keeps LeBron motivated to keep doing this every year. But the big question still remains, can LeBron win another ring while staying in LA?

Meanwhile, fans saw LeBron’s cryptic tweet as an opportunity to urge him to leave the Lakers and join another team to pursue his fifth ring. Seeing how great the LeBron and Kyrie duo was in Cleveland, one fan tried to lure him into joining the Mavs, “Come to Dallas my glorious handsome king.” And that idea might not be too far fetched as LeBron also recently revealed on his podcast how frustrated he was that Kyrie is no longer his running mate.

With that, more fans started to make their pitch to James as one fan claimed that he would come to Philly to team up with Embiid and Maxey. As per several reports, Daryl Morey is looking for a third superstar to get them over the hump and they have the budget to sign a max level player. While they have shown interest in signing Paul George, LeBron might also be a great option, considering he wants a win now, just like the Sixers.

And one enthusiast suggested LeBron join the Warriors and form a super team with Steph. Even the Warriors have previously shown interest in acquiring James as they pursued him during the mid-season trade deadline. While LeBron was not interested at the time, that idea might be back on the table considering the struggles of both teams. And who wouldn’t want to see LeBron and Steph playing together chasing another title?

Meanwhile, one fan claimed that if LeBron wasn’t so stuck to the idea of staying with the Lakers, he might already have won another ring. Since his last title four years ago, LeBron has not had much success in LA. Moreover, with their current roster, it doesn’t seem much likely that they can win another title unless they make a huge change.

One netizen even commended LeBron’s high IQ and believed that LeBron knows he cannot win in LA with his current team.
