LeBron James seems to have made up his mind about who he wants, to lead his country. Known for being vocal about politics, the NBA superstar had remained silent on the upcoming election—until now. Taking to Instagram, the 22-season veteran officially and ‘clearly’ endorsed Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Captioning, “What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!” the 4x champion posted a video highlighting controversial remarks from Trump and his supporters, addressing issues of racism and violence. It also included historical images and clips of protesters fighting for the right to vote.

Clearly, the father of three believes Vice President Harris is the future of America. LeBron James has long supported Democratic candidates. He backed Joe Biden in the last election, writing, “We need EVERYTHING to change,” and was vocal for Hillary Clinton’s campaign back in 2016. The veteran hooper went as far as hosting a free concert, where Jay-Z performed to raise money and awareness for the campaign.

Going even further back, he supported Barack Obama by hosting a concert in 2008 to encourage voter turnout. As for Kamala Harris, Bron met with her when she visited the Las Vegas training center, as Team USA was preparing for the Paris Olympics.

It also likely conveys his support for the endorsement, as well.

He wasn’t the only one, though. Retired Australian tennis star Rennae Stubbs was grateful for LeBron James’ support, commenting, “Thank you,” under his post. The 6x Grand Slam winner has publicly endorsed Kamala Harris and even called for a female president. Much like James, she’s been vocal about her political views and advocating for women in leadership roles.

Another prominent name expressing support for Bron’s endorsement was Nathan Hale Williams, the producer of award-winning films like Dirty Laundry and All Boys Aren’t Blue. “Let’s GO King James!!
