To celebrate this moment, LeBron James took to Instagram to send a heartwarming message to his son on his birthday. He wrote, “Yessir!!! Happy Bday Young King (emoji) @bronny Love you kid“, accompanied by several brown heart emojis. While many consider King James as the GOAT, it is clear who he considers his GOAT. He followed up with, “GOAT (emoji) DAY!!!!!! Ayyyyeeee @bronny LET’S GO!!”. However, his son’s recent health issue might be a cause for concern. The USC guard recently endured a cardiac arrest during a basketball workout at the Galen Center. The harrowing incident was a result of a congenital heart defect. However, during the media day, LeBron James revealed that he underwent a successful surgery and is doing “extremely well”.
