Jaylen Brown’s injury update
Jaylen Brown was deemed questionable to return for the second half after being taken to the locker room following the collision with LeBron James. It was due to the superstar suffering a lower back contusion. That would have been a massive blow for the Boston Celtics, as Brown has performed consistently well throughout the season. He is averaging 22.8 points and 4.9 rebounds this season. Brown has helped the Celtics sit comfortably at the number 1 spot in the Eastern Conference standings with a 22-6 record.
Fortunately for the Celtics fans, Jaylen Brown’s status was changed to available as his condition was further assessed. Brown returned to the game in the second half after receiving treatment in the locker room. It is great to see both LeBron James and Jaylen Brown come out of the incident with no residual damage.
