The Minnesota Timberwolves recently lost Game 4 of the Semifinals clash against the defending champions Denver Nuggets. With this, the score is now tied 2-2. Despite Anthony Edwards’ 40+ point performance, the rest of the roster wasn’t enough to pick up their pace. This earned the Timberwolves star a jab from Jamal Murray, which didn’t go unnoticed.
During the post-game press conference, Edwards was asked about what he said to Murray at the end of the playing minutes. The player responded to the Nuggets star’s trash talk by stating “We love that keep talkin’ that, that’s what we like”. While Murray reportedly didn’t respond back, Edwards was sure that he was heard.
