Will Kai Cenat's next big stream with LeBron James surpass his epic session with Kevin Hart?

A streaming giant, Kai Cenat had his viewers enthralled by his latest collaboration. The mammoth internet sensation recently became the face of McDonald’s Chicken Big Mac. To celebrate the venture, a few words had the online world spiraling. “The time is not now… the time is now,” WWE legend John Cena wrote announcing his appearance on Cenat’s stream. The partnership immediately reflected the success.

As the iconic theme song played, Cena came smashing through the door to the jubilation of one of the biggest streamers in the world. Over 240,000 active viewers watched the duo share conversations and indulge in fun activities over the two hours according to Twitch Tracker. Yet, it didn’t come close to smashing the 22-year-old’s most prolific collaboration.

In June, after the astronomic success of his stream with world-famous comedian Kevin Hart, the two showmen linked again, this time joined by Druski. The excitement surrounding their stream reached unprecedented heights. LeBron James and his agent Rich Paul also made brief appearances during the “Sleepover” stream.

The trio shared nearly 12 hours in front of the screen. The integration of multiple funny skits, light-hearted moments, and their magnetic chemistry drew over 722,000 concurrent viewers, the most ever in the history of a Twitch stream. Although the Cena collaboration didn’t come close to his record-breaking June stream, it’s still among his most successful celebrity streams, rivaling the numbers he did besides music icon Nikki Minaj and 21 Savage.

Is a Kai Cenat and LeBron James stream inevitable?

Cenat, a basketball enthusiast is among the biggest LeBron James fans. His short interaction when with Hart would be the first of several interactions he has had with the King. He also met the 39-year-old in Paris, when Team USA where in training camp for the Olympics. Back then, the vibrant streamer couldn’t pace himself in James’ presence, who for the most part was focused on the Team USA cameras.

But their relationship seems to have grown since that point. Evidence of the same came during the launch of EA’s College Football 25. LeBron James, who heavily plays Madden got early access to the game. During one of Cenat’s streams in August, just as he was explaining the story behind meeting the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, he coincidentally called the streamer.

Their interaction didn’t promise a stream. Notably, the Twitch personality relayed that he would beat James if they did play the college football game against each other. The Lakers forward didn’t hesitate in accepting his challenge. “You got next,” he claimed. While it’s not a confirmed hint, there is a chance that with Cenat’s fast-rising popularity, the Akron Hammer will make a dedicated appearance at some point.

It’s unlikely to happen anytime soon since the NBA season is only weeks away from commencing. With the rigorous scheduling, LeBron James won’t have the time to be part of a full-fledged stream with Cenat. However, if their connection keeps growing at the rate it is, a collab in the offseason could be in the books.
