Laker Nation finally got a taste of Luka Magic this Monday. Ending the anticipation following the blockbuster trade, Luka Doncic made his debut for the LA franchise against the Jazz. Luka Doncic earned High Praise from JJ Redick after Lakers debut
As great a player as Luka is, he was feeling those early jitters of playing in the bright lights of LA on Monday. But Redick praised the superstar for keeping his composure, “I thought he’s handled it really well and he played really well tonight. He could not make a 3 outside of the first one, but it just goes back to all our guys, he just played agenda-free basketball. He didn’t make it about Luka. He made it about playing good basketball and playing Laker basketball.”

Now that the initial nervousness is gone, he might come out as the All-NBA calibre Luka tonight. Of course, he will have the support of his running mate LeBron James as JJ revealed that both LeBron and Bronny are available to suit up. There was some uncertainty about LBJ as he continued to play through left ankle soreness. Meanwhile, Bronny was also dealing with a hurt forearm.
However, the Lakers are looking much more complete tonight with a healthy Luka and LBJ, along with Len’s debut. Their starting lineup includes Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, LeBron James, and Jaxson Hayes. Surely, their aim would be to beat the Jazz yet again and extend their six-game winning streak. Do you think they can do it?
