The Phoenix Suns are going all-in to bring Jimmy Buckets to town before the Feb. 6 trade deadline, but it’s far from a done deal. One big problem? Bradley Beal’s no-trade clause. If Beal doesn’t want to move, that’s game over for any blockbuster plans. And let’s not forget—Miami reportedly has zero interest in Beal or his massive contract, which makes things even messier.

To pull this off, Phoenix will need a multi-team trade, and they’ve got some flexibility after flipping a 2031 pick for three future firsts. It’s not just a straightforward swap, though. An anonymous assistant GM told Spotrac’s Keith Smith, “We have a deal basically done, but the other team could be in a 4- or 5-team trade involving Butler. So, they need to hold for now.”
