After signing the richest contract just a few days ago, they choose him as the cover athlete for the NBA 2K25 standard edition.

“It’s an honor to be named a cover athlete for NBA 2K25,” said Jayson Tatum in a statement “I’ve been playing NBA 2K since I was a kid and it’s been a dream to one day be on the cover. Even after coming off an NBA championship, it’s humbling to see this come to life,” the reigning champ said after the cover release.

But his childhood dream has now turned into a nightmare after fan hates and calls it a “Garbage money grab as always”. Fans feel that the game’s marketing strategy is more about exploiting Tatum’s star power for financial gain than celebrating his achievements
