Jayson Tatum scaled a massive mountain. Playing in his 7th season for the Boston Celtics, JT broke a franchise record set by the legend Larry Bird. The 25-year-old star took on the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center and dropped 41 points to seal a comfortable 110-118 win. With that 41-pointer, Tatum registered his 128th career 30-point game for the Celtics, which also happens to be the most recorded by a Celtics player through 7 seasons.
The great Larry Bird previously held this record. In response to the feat, Jayson Tatum shared an Instagram post on his stories which stated this record and wrote, “Who would’ve thought.”
