Bane expressed commendable camaraderie, saying, “It’s unfortunate that Ja has a target on his back and people choose to criticize him.” Moreover, he credited Ja Morant for having strong mental resistance to withstand all the “BS” he does constantly. Furthermore, he reassured that the Grizzlies will commit to shielding their superstar from toxicity, asserting, “We are wrapping our arms around him and not letting any of that negativity affect us.”

The reporter responded to a post that displayed Ja Morant’s appreciation for the Memphis franchise to come to his aid.
