During a recent episode of ‘NBA Today, the topic of Jaylen Browns’ contract was put forth. According to Shelburne, Jayson Tatum is expected to sign a contract that will likely become the biggest in NBA history. This will happen over the course of a year or two. Given the large financial commitment that comes with having two players earning about $100 million apiece, the key concern for the Celtics is whether they will be able to keep both Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum on the team for the duration of their respective contracts. How the Celtics handle this issue is still up in the air.? And only time will tell if Brown and Tatum’s combination turns out to be productive in the long run.
