Only a few players in the NBA are as likable as Stephen Curry, but even the Warriors star cannot shy away from an occasional beef. Who would hold a grudge against Curry, though? Well, sit tight for this one. Memphis Grizzlies’ rising star GG Jackson shared an interesting story of how the youngster settled a longstanding grudge against the Dubs superstar. The story goes back to 2023 when Jackson was the No. 1 ranked high school player in the country on several lists, not just in ESPN’s. Something he was eyeing going into his senior year.

However, in an unfortunate turn of events, Jackson was uninvited to these events after he reclassified himself. So, the youngster decided to carry his disappointment all the way from high school to college and finally to the NBA.
In the league, he got his chance of redemption as the Grizzlies faced the Warriors. So what did Jackson do? Well, the 6-foot-9 forward dropped 23 points in just 29 minutes! Shooting 6-of-9 from the field, ensuring a 116-107 Memphis win. At halftime, Jackson confronted Curry saying, “I talked to him at halftime, because I don’t know if I’ll talk to him after the game or whatnot, he might put the towel over his head and walk straight out the arena. I was like, ‘Yo Steph! Why you do me like that, man?’ ” Jackson said, on “PodcastP” with Paul George.

As the youngster got better of the sharpshooter on the night. Interestingly, playing against Curry wasn’t the only game marked on Jackson’s calendar.
