In 2017, the incredible personality went to Uninterrupted’s Ball Girl Magic podcast. There, she joined NBA reporter Ros Gold-Onwude and actress Yvonne Orji. The three of them were vibing and even singing songs. Amidst this, Gold-Onwude brings up the subject of her accomplishments.

She says, “You do a lot of cool things, though. Going to Hamilton and doing ham for all. Your bookstore or the meal kit. Or starting a restaurant. Or doing the show. Or being a mom or going to the games. Sometimes we don’t understand the work it takes to do that. You mentioned early that some people think well, duh, being Steph’s wife, that might be a help. It is, it definitely is a help to a platform. But I’d like you to explain the work, sweat equity that you to have as well.

To this, the entrepreneur replies, “No, I’m busting my b*tt, you know Ros, you are too. I’m busting my b*tt. People are like you have all these doors opened to you. Yes, sure, the doors, that’s great, but you have to walk through them, right? And you have to do what it takes to remain in the room and so all that leg work and all that back work. All of this struggle you know, on behind the scenes that nobody is ever talking about is there. I mean it takes so much hard work, but it is all worth it. It is all good things, nothing to complain about. I’m busting my b*tt”.
