In an unexpected twist, New York Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau stands apart with a perspective that fans may not share with him. As unexpected teams garner attention, the In-Season Tournament seems to be a cause for celebration for Adam Silver and the league. However, despite the fervent battles and heart-pounding matches almost every day, there are certain aspects that fans would want changed; one of them being the courts.
Earlier, all 30 teams in the NBA released custom court designs specifically crafted for In-Season Tournament games. As a result, the fans were thrilled by the sight and couldn’t wait to witness the action. However, as more and more games have gone down, the reviews on the court designs have as well.

Tom Thibodeau is all for the colorful NBA courts
With a demeanor that showcased a coach-like eagerness to hit the court swiftly, Tom Thibodeau shared a few words to express his appreciation for the new colorway of the Knicks’ court. While talking to the media, the head coach remarked, “I kind of like it.” However, he then swiftly shifted focus to the game, urging his players to not get lost in the glam and to get “ready to play.”

Up next for the Knicks will be a showdown with the undefeated Miami Heat in their upcoming tournament matchup, followed by a clash with the Charlotte Hornets, who have only won one out of three.
For the Knicks, securing victories in their next two games is imperative if they aim to advance to the next round. However, mere wins won’t cut it; additional factors, like the performances of teams currently outranking them, will play a crucial role in determining their chances.

Heat might be coming unarmed to NY

However, with mere hours remaining until the matchup, there’s good news as Adebayo has been given the green light to play. However, Robinson is on a day-to-day and will not participate. Till now, Adebayo is averaging a double-double of nearly 23 points and 10 rebounds. Furthermore, he is also logging 4.1 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.1 blocks per contest; at 53.7% from the field.
