When LeBron XX made its launch last year, it caused quite a stir and was even praised as the best shoe of 2022 by many sneakerheads.

The LeBron XX is even popular in the league with Anthony Davis and WNBA champion, Aja Wilson rocking them. Wilson even created history for the Las Vegas Aces in LeBron’s shoes a few days back. And, following the historic achievement, LeBron James recently showered support on the WNBA champion.

LeBron James shows support for A’ja Wilson

LeBron James continues to create waves in the realm of sneaker culture in collaboration with Nike. A’ja Wilson recently joined the list of notable individuals promoting LeBron James’ signature shoe. A’ja Wilson gushed about the most recent LeBron XX colorway, worth $250, on her Instagram story. The King responded by reposting the story in delight at the expanding popularity of his shoe among other athletes.

Wilson wrote on her Instagram story, “tuff @kingjames” while sharing the Aces’ post of herself donning the latest LeBron XX colorway.

The Lakers‘ icon returned the favor, showering support for the WNBA icon. He reposted the story, writing, “I Got You Sis!!!” 

However, this wasn’t the first time that LeBron has shown support for the Las Vegas sister.

A’ja Wilson rewrites WNBA history in LeBron James’ shoes

The Las Vegas Aces’ standout player, A’ja Wilson, ignited the basketball world on August 22nd with a momentous performance. Wilson broke the record for the most points scored in a single WNBA game with 53 points in the Aces’ victory over the Atlanta Dream. Wilson’s incredible achievement cemented her place among the league’s top athletes. Not only this, it also brought her high acclaim from NBA legend LeBron James.

LeBron James jokingly credited her impressive performance to the Nike LeBron 20 sneakers she was sporting before giving her the due credit. James remarked, “Must be the (shoes)!!! Nah it’s definitely her game the whole way!! They do look good on her though! GO THE HELL OFF THEN SIS!!!!! @_ajawilson22“
