Las Vegas Aces superstar A’ja Wilson has been making WNBA history ever since her debut in 2018. With 2 MVPs already in her trophy cabinet, Wilson won the biggest accolade in basketball last year, the league title. She played an instrumental role and led the Aces to a dominating and well-deserved WNBA title last season. As per customs, the winning team was invited to the White House to interact with POTUS Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Not only the players, but their family members also joined them for their trip to the White House. Wilson’s father was very emotional about this special moment and had a heartwarming message.

A’ja Wilson has reformed the game ever since the 2018 WNBA draft. With brilliant performances for the Las Vegas Aces, the 5-time All-Star won the 2022 WNBA title last year.

The entire team, along with Wilson, were invited to The White House recently. Roscoe Wilson, the father of the 2022 champion, also accompanied his daughter and he seemed visibly emotional.

“I did all I could not to cry, I swear. I tell you that candidly, I did all but to be with my daughter at the White House. I mean, you can’t ask for a whole lot more. A lot of prayers, a lot of sacrifices, she made it. There’s not a dad in the world who wouldn’t want their daughter to be in a good place”, said Roscoe Wilson.

Like every other WNBA and NBA championship-winning team, the Las Vegas Aces met with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. While this might be Wilson’s first-ever visit to The White House, this certainly will not be her last.

The Aces are tougher than ever and are looking likely to win the WNBA title again. The Las Vegas Aces are dominating the league and in style.

The Aces are 1st in the standings and they recently became the team with the highest regular season wins in WNBA history. Similar to last season, Wilson has played an integral role. She averages 21.9 points, 9.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists this season.
