While the season has been in full swing, there is one name that hasn’t popped up in a while. Terrence Ross has been MIA from the scene for quite some time. That’s because the 32-year-old veteran went free-agency last year and since then, he hasn’t been signed by any team yet. This disappointing turn of events might have led him to consider putting a full stop to his NBA career pretty soon.
And we are getting this information for the first time from the man himself. Terrence was drafted by the Raptors in 2012, after which he was traded to the Orlando Magic in 2016. In 2022, he landed in the Suns. Terrence played in six games for the Suns during last season’s playoff run, averaging 3.7 points in just 11.5 minutes per game. However, he is currently a free agent and inactive.

He averaged 8.3 PPG on 43 FG% between Orlando & Suns last season. However, having found himself in a sticky situation ever since going free-agency, Terrence might be calling it quits as nothing seems to materialize for him. At 32, the veteran is still capable of crunching out a good few years before retiring. Therefore, Terrence still not getting signed is a shocker for fans.
Terrence Ross over the years
Throughout his 12 years in the NBA, Terrence has played 47 playoff games. In fact, while he was in the Raptors, he played a huge part in taking the team to the Eastern Conference Finals not very long ago in 2016. He hit a career-high score of 51 points in 2014 against the Clippers.
