Stephen Curry has had a Hall of Fame-worthy career in the NBA. Winning 4 NBA Championships and becoming the first ever Unanimous MVP in league history, his influence on the game of basketball cannot be denied. At 35 years old, the Warriors legend is in the later stages of his career and will soon bid adieu to the NBA world. But Chef Curry’s life after the NBA seems secure based on the multiple talents he possesses.

Winning his first-ever American Century Championship Golf event in July, Chef Curry showed the world that he can cook his opponents even on the golf course. With his elite skill level, fans wondered if Steph would turn a PGA Tour Pro once he retires from the NBA. The 4-time Champion’s mother, Sonya Curry was a guest on the Foster & Friends Podcast. Witnessing her son’s success in the golfing world, the host asked Sonya if the Warriors legend was going to join the PGA after his basketball career was done. Not wanting any trouble at home, Sonya replied, “We aren’t gonna comment on that because his wife will kill us.” Being an NBA Superstar since 2009, Steph and his wife Ayesha have been in the limelight for almost 15 years. The Greatest Shooter of All Time is always surrounded by his fans and media, which does not let him have much alone time with her wife.

“She wants her man at home after basketball.” Added Sonya, revealing that Ayesha would prefer to spend more time with her husband after his NBA retirement. Admitting to feeling lonely at times and sharing her husband with the rest of the world, Ayesha will finally be able to live a regular married life when Steph decides to hang his boots. Sonya does not want to plant new seeds about a golfing career in her son’s head, which would keep him away from home for longer.
