Heat Injury Report: Latest on Duncan Robinson and Nikola Jovic Ahead of Tonight’s Wizards Clash

The Miami Heat are on the road to face Washington Wizards at the Capital One Arena. The Heat will be shorthanded as they will miss the services of a few of their star players who are listed as probable to face the Wizards on Sunday.

While Josh Richardson remains sidelined with a shoulder injury, Duncan Robinson and Nikola Jovic’s status is also up in the air for tonight’s game.

Heat Look to Overcome Shorthanded Roster Against Wizards

Lingering a back injury, Duncan Robinson is questionable for tonight’s game. Robinson has had an average season this year. He has played 63 games this season and averages only 13.5 points per game. And he averages only 2.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game this season. His field goal percentage has only been 45.8%. It has been a blunt season for him. Heat will be looking forward to having him back in form as his shooting prowess is an asset for the team.

Young rookie Nikola Jovic is also questionable for tonight’s game. Jokic is listed questionable because he is lingering knee injury. Jovic has showed his potential throughout the season. He has brilliantly showcased his ability to score inside and knockdown perimeter shots. He has played many games but he averages only 18.5 minutes per game this season.

But despite less playing time, Jovic averages 6.6 points per game this season. The notable thing is his FT% which is 60.0%. He averages 4.0 rebounds per game this season.

Washington Wizards are currently ranked 14th in the Eastern Conference. They have managed to win only 14 games this season. And they have conceded an average of 123 points per game this season which is the worst overall in the league.
