The 2023 NBA Draft witnessed something special when two brothers were picked back-to-back. While a certain Amen Thompson was picked at number four of the overall draft, he was followed by his twin brother, Ausar Thompson, as the next pick.
The two will be playing for different teams, though. While Amen made it to the Houston Rockets, his brother was picked by the Detroit Pistons.
While there’s still time for the much-anticipated court-side action between the two, they are having some fun with the media interactions. The two recently took part in the classic ‘How well do you know your brother’ segment and the results were pretty interesting for NBA fans.
While the duo got several facts correct about the other, the Pistons’ new shooting guard had a troublesome childhood with his brother because of Amen’s aggressive behavior.

During the same segment, when the brothers were asked, “What was the worst thing you did as a child?”, Ausar replied, “Amen was an aggressive child. He used to try to hurt me.”
On the other side, the Rockets’ point guard seemed to agree but claimed he was trying to “wrestle” playfully with his brother.
