Dame ignores “Funnysalesman” Kenny Brooks

Kenny Brooks is a comedian and an internet personality with over 2.8 million followers on TikTok. He also goes by the stage name of ‘Funnysalesman’. Recently, he made an appearance on the Club 520 Podcast, which is hosted by former NBA player, Jeff Teague. During a conversation, Brooks alluded to the fact that Dame ignored his DMs in 2019. He said, “He (Lillard) did a skit with one of my influencer friends. So, I DMed him. It was like 2019. Right after I Dmed him, he ain’t respond. It’s been like three years.” 

Damian Lillard has amassed a huge following on social media because of his exploits in the NBA and the music industry. He has garnered 10.3 million followers on Instagram. Whereas on TikTok, Lillard has amassed 4.8k followers. While Dame has excelled as a musician and an internet personality, basketball still remains his primary focus. Currently, he is having a wonderful season with his new team, the Milwaukee Bucks. So far, Dame has failed to win an NBA title, but could 2024 be the year when Dame can finally win the NBA championship?

Can the Bucks win the 2024 NBA title?

Despite early-season jitters, the Bucks have found their groove. They currently occupy the 2nd spot in the Eastern Conference standings, with 19 wins and 7 losses. The Bucks have become one of the most in-form teams in the division, as they are on a four-game winning streak. The Bucks have lived up to their pre-season expectations as one of the odds-on favorites to win the title.
