What began as an experiment has quickly grown into a fulfilling project for Savannah James and April McDaniel. Through their podcast, ‘Everybody’s Crazy’, they have shared life-attained wisdom with many distressed callers. However, thus far, it was just the two for two seasons of the show. LeBron James did demand a place at the seat telling Savannah, “You haven’t put me on your pod”, but that seat remains unfulfilled still.
However, the duo must have taken it as a suggestion around having more people and invited some of their ‘girlfriends’ to join the craziness. Described as their “ride or die” group, it included Hazel Renee, the wife of Warriors star Draymond Green alongside hair expert Malika Frazier, photographer Ravon Varona and entrepreneur Porsha Ellis. It’s Giving.. Girlfriends Edition episode revolved around their close bonds and was overall an experience that compelled Hazel to express some gratitude.
So, she took to her Instagram and shared some of the behind-the-scenes from the episode and also a message for the hosts. “Big Thank You To 2 Of My Faves @mrs_savannahrj@aprilsoffice@onlymonthapril My Love Deep For Yall Duhhh! Thanks For Being True Friends Through And Through, Real Girls Girls! Thank You For Sharing Ya’ll Platform For A Judgement Free Kickback Girls Session!” the fashion designer wrote.

But not only was it an enjoyable experience for the tightly knit group. Hazel Renee Green also got the opportunity to share her wisdom, which dove into her relationship with Draymond Green.
Hazel Renee opens up about her “fast” relationship
Until now, the actress has always remained quiet about her personal life. But truth be told, it could be because of the ruthless nature of the audience. Every detail can be misconstrued due to the various perspectives and criticism is a natural byproduct. But once in her safe space with her “girlfriends” she didn’t hesitate to open up about the deepest parts of her life.

One of them being her marriage to Draymond Green. Prior to tying the knot, Renee was in another high-profile relationship with former 76ers Jacob Pullen. They even had a daughter, but in 2015 split up due to the difficulties of maintaining a long-distance relationship as per some reports.
Not long after she met Draymond Green, who she coincidentally knew since college. The two officially announced their relationship in 2018, and less than a year later, the Warriors stalwart went down on one knee. A caller on the podcast thought the need to invest time before marriage was vital. Hazel Renee though had a different perspective.
“As someone who was in a rather moving fast relationship, and I’m happily married. Of course, we’ve been through our things because it takes a while to get to know someone and unpack those things. But what I mean, it was like a hurricane of fun and, like, crazy and, like, we were just feeling all the things and we moved so fast that, whoo hoo, you just have to be ready for that. If things don’t go a 100% like you thought, it’s totally fine,” she said on the podcast.

However, her most critical piece of advice was to welcome rampant and spontaneous moments as long as they benefit the person. “Don’t question it. If it feels good to you, hold on to that. Don’t let anybody else get in your head. Like, it feels good to you, then that’s what matters. Like, if it feels great to you, ride that” the ‘Empire’ actress concluded.
After three years of being engaged, Renee and Green tied the knot and remained “happily married” two years into their marriage. The couple also shares two kids between them and serve as loving parents for their kids from prior relationships. It’s proof that it’s not time that develop a relationship but rather the intentions that matter.
