The James family was broken when Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest during a practice session. He joined the University of Southern California (USC) this May. He is a 6’3″ guard who is one of the top high school basketball players in the country. In his senior year of high school, he averaged 23.3 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game. He led his team to the state championship game, where they lost to Sierra Canyon, the team that LeBron also played for. 

However, the cardiac arrest had everybody concerned about his health and basketball career. But recently there has come good news concerning his health update and possibly a comeback.

Bronny’s health update and his comeback is ‘soon’

Bronny was practicing, and he collapsed during a workout at USC’s Galen Center. People immediately rushed him to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where doctors treated him in intensive care.

Despite the severity of the situation, his recovery has been nothing short of remarkable. The James family assured everyone with regular updates on his health. Bronny was in stable condition and was no longer in ICU. They identified the probable cause of his sudden cardiac arrest as a congenital heart defect. But the doctors are confident in Bronny’s full recovery and his comeback on the basketball court soon.

While there is no confirmed date for Bronny’s return to the court, fans expect he will be back for the Pac-12 title in the NCAA tournament. The Trojans will compete with veteran players Boogie Ellis and Isaiah Collier. It will be exciting to see Bronny make a comeback as he continues his journey in professional Basketball.
