The Damian Lillard saga may have only just begun with his trade. After months of anticipation, the Portland Trail Blazers finally traded away their star but not to the place of his preference. Instead, Lillard got traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, where he will be paired up with Giannis Antetokounmpo. And that surely will be a sight to see.

Rarely did anyone see this three-team trade going through with the help of the Phoenix Suns. But after a successful transaction, the NBA world got some wild reaction along with some former players as well.

Regardless of that, the Milwaukee Bucks seem to be an excellent spot for Damian Lillard to take his talents. This even drew a reaction from former NBA player Evan Turner who turned into an assistant coach after his playing tenure.

Turner went to X, formerly known as Twitter to post, ?Folks gone pull up to Milwaukee and workout now!? Now that Lillard is a part of the Milwaukee Bucks franchise, one can be sure that players would come over to Milwaukee to workout together.

Not to mention having Giannis Antetokounmpo there as well. And working out with this newly formed deadly combo would do wonders for anyone for that matter.

The funny thing is, one fan posted a screenshot of an old post by Turner on X. In this post, he said, ?Ain’t nobody coming to Milwaukeee to work out wit you and your brother.?

It surely is hilarious to see how Turner turned the tables after this post.

Not everyone is happy with this move

Damian Lillard joining forces with Giannis Antetokounmpo would surely be a sight to see this upcoming season. Both players are poles apart from each other and would not cause interference in each other?s game.

But it does not look like everyone is happy with Lillard going to the Bucks. NBA analyst Stephen A. Smith already voiced his displeasure. But even Jimmy Butler went to his Instagram to voice his concern.

Although, here are a few other reactions from players on X.
