15 Years After Almost Rejecting Stephen Curry, Wife Ayesha Finds “Full Circle Moment” of First Dates at Paramore Concert

Four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry has won almost everything there is to win in the sport. As a result, it feels like he is completing side quests at this point in time! After winning a golf tournament and making many appearances on podcasts and talk shows to promote his documentary, Curry was back again to wreak havoc across the internet. This time, it was with his surprise appearance during a band’s performance at the Chase Center.

Hours after Curry made the appearance and performed a song, Ayesha Curry took to Instagram and shared an interesting personal fact about the couple.

Paramore fans who attended the band’s recent show at the Chase Center were in for a huge surprise. When the band started their classic song, ‘Misery Business’, they unveiled a special guest.

It was none other than Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry. He hopped onto the stage and performed the song ‘Misery Business’ along with the band, which naturally caused a roar across the arena.

Hours after his massive performance, Ayesha Curry shared a video of her husband enjoying the show and soaking in the moment. She also revealed that the two listened to Paramore during one of their first dates.

“What a full circle moment. Thank you @paramore and @yelyahwilliams….”still into you” took the night for us. Honestly, one of the coolest nights”, wrote Ayesha Curry on Instagram.

Steph and Ayesha started dating all the way back in 2008, which makes them old fans of the American rock band. Interestingly, Ayesha had almost rejected Steph during one of their earlier dates when he went in for a kiss. However, she chose to give the then-basketball prospect a chance and they are currently one of the most popular couples in the league.

This is not the first time Steph Curry has made a musical appearance over the past few days. He recently featured in a music video by popular American-Nigerian rapper, Tobe Nwigwe, which sent a frenzy across the NBA world.

If it isn’t obvious enough, Stephen and Ayesha Curry are huge fans of Paramore. Interestingly, the band played at Curry’s 30th birthday in 2018 as revealed by Ayesha in her Instagram story.

His birthday celebration had to be preponed as the Golden State Warriors took on the Los Angeles Lakers the very next day. The 2-times NBA MVP celebrated his big day on a yacht along with his Warriors teammates and coaching staff.

Interestingly, everyone had to recover after the party and the Warriors canceled their practice the next day. That’s one way to celebrate your 30th birthday!
