The two Dallas Stars had great games. But it wasn?t enough to go home with a win over the Denver Nuggets. After the Nuggets? most recent win, this ex-NBA champion-turned-analyst went on to drop a huge truth bomb on the rest of the league.

The Dallas Mavericks lost their first game of the season to the Denver Nuggets in a 125-114 loss. Fans did not have much to complain about as both the Dallas stars had good performances against the Nuggets.

It was Nikola Jokic and the rest of the Nuggets starting lineup that were locked in throughout the game. And after the final buzzer went off, ex-NBA champion Kendrick Perkins went on to X with this message.

?If I?m Western Conference contender? I?m doing everything in my power to get home court advantage. Because if Jokic and Nuggets get that 1 seed again it?s over for everyone in the west! Them people ain?t losing at the crib. Carry the hell on???

Jokic and Doncic were on full display in this matchup. But by the end of the game, the Nuggets managed to pull away and win by an 11-point margin. And the home-court advantage surely paid off.
