NBA players often indulge in charity and find a way to give back to the community. Given that many players who make it to the NBA do not come from steady homes and neighborhoods, players tend to find new ways to contribute to the community they came from. And Marcus Smart is no different.

Recently, Marcus Smart was seen indulging himself in fun activities for a cancer awareness fundraiser. And what better arcade game there is than shooting hoops for an NBA player?

Recently, the former Defensive Player of the Year was spotted indulging himself in activities at a cancer awareness fundraiser held by YounGameChanger Foundation (YGC). Smart organized the fundraiser through his YGC foundation to raise awareness about cancer and support the quest for finding a cure for it. Smart could be seen playing and mentoring kids during his fundraiser.

Smart also gave a shout-out to all the people who came out and showed their support and love. He added that fans would see more of him at YGC initiatives as he intends to continue to “give back to the community in any way possible”.

In another video, Smart could be seen shooting basketballs with another kid at an arcade game. He kept draining one shot after another with both hands while trying to distract the kid next to him. When all was said and done, Smart ended up racking up a new high score on the machine.
