However, after his retirement, Bryant did not stop making headway in the business world. Something that Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden?envisions to do as well.

Even after his untimely demise, Bryant?s net worth is a whopping $600 million. And that is exactly what The Beard plans to do.

After retiring from the league, Kobe Bryant completely removed himself from basketball. And he decided to have a strong start to his second innings. Something that James Harden is inspired by and plans to do as well.

In a recent interview with Boardroom, James Harden talked about his Wine brand and how he was inspired by none other than The Black Mamba.

?Once he [Kobe] said that he was done with basketball, he was done with basketball,” Harden said. “This is what I?m doing next because I?ve already worked on it and I?ve already been planning for it and that?s kind of what is the stage I?m on right now.?

Harden went on to talk about his line of Wine and how he plans to compete with other brands in the market. The former MVP also talked about the personal aspects he intended to put into the branding and marketing of his product.

Given that many NBA players and legends are already in the liquor business, seems as if James Harden too is stepping into the field.

Post-retirement, Kobe Bryant started to make headway by investing in different business ventures. He opened up a production company named Granity Studios and developed a short film that went on to win an Academy Award.

Apart from that, Kobe even created a series of children?s books. And he chose to invest his money wisely in companies that paid off over time. And that is what James Harden intends to do as well.
