22 years into his NBA career, there is not much left to achieve for LeBron James–basketball-wise. Championships. MVP trophies. Unbreakable records. He has it all. But there are still some personal milestones yet to be reached. When LeBron stepped on the court with Bronny for the first time earlier this season, it was truly a historic moment. Looks like King James is planning to take it a step further by doing the same with his younger son, Bryce. At least that’s what his former teammate, Dwight Howard claims.
During tonight’s Lakers vs Magic clash, Howard, who played for both franchises during his career, joined the broadcast team. When asked what he thought about LeBron’s longevity in the league, the former champion said on Live TV, “I think he’s about to have Bryce next play in the league. It’s gonna be him, Bronny and Bryce.”
Yes, DH believes King James is working on a master plan to play with both his sons in the NBA at the same time. To that, another announcer responded, “That would be something.” Once again, Howard confirmed LBJ’s plan, “Yeah, he’s setting that up now. Bryce is up next.” Of course, there is still a year left before Bryce becomes eligible to enter his name in the draft.

However, he looks well on his way to become an NBA player. Earlier this year, Bryce committed to the Arizona Wildcats after receiving multiple offers, including Duquesne and Ohio State. The four-star recruit’s college basketball journey will begin this summer. Even LeBron could not stop boasting about it on social media as he shared pictures of Bryce in Wildcats’ uniform and wrote, “Official threads 🧵!!!! AYYYYEEEEEEE. SO 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 @_justbryce 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. 🐻TF⬇️. LET’S GOOOOOOOOO #JamesGang👑”

Moreover, Bryce recently finished his Sierra Canyon tenure in the best way possible—Winning the CIF state championship. So, the 17-year-old is taking all the right steps to make it to the league and maybe, the Lakers will draft him next year to pair him alongside LeBron and Bronny. But what does Bryce think about potentially playing with his dad?

Bryce James claims LeBron waiting for him to get drafted is “Too Much” as Bronny James gives key advice
Well, by the time Bryce becomes eligible for the draft, his father will be nearing 42 years of age. And the soon to be Arizona star is not too optimistic about LeBron hanging around till he makes it to the NBA. During an Instagram live last year, Bryce publicly scoffed at the idea, “I ain’t gonna lie, that’s OD. Waiting until I, nah, that’s too much… That’s too much, nah. He’s gonna be 42, bro.” But the way LeBron has been playing this year the idea does not seem too far-fetched.

Defying his age, James has been the best player on the Lakers roster, averaging 25 points and nearly nine assists. Many believe he could easily continue playing for at least five more years if he wanted to. If what Howard’s saying is true and LeBron is really planning to play with Bryce and Bronny, age is unlikely to be an issue.

Amid the speculations, Bronny recently gave some sound advice to his little brother realizing that they could be teammates someday, “Yeah, I’d say, when we were younger, the main thing I’d like to push to him is just having fun. Just playing your game. Being confident in yourself. Yeah, I think as I became a senior, he’s a senior now, so just have that mindset of working. Because there’s a lot of kids out there that want to be in my spot or his spot. And you can’t take that for granted. So, yeah, just keep working.”
Looks like Bryce has all the tools and resources to make it to the league next year. So, the world could witness him suiting up with LeBron and Bronny before the four-time champ decides to hang his boots. Thoughts?
