Does Steph's Olympic gold feel incomplete without Klay Thompson by his side to celebrate?

Bay Area is not the same without Klay Thompson. After all, he gave the franchise thirteen years of his career and led them to four championships. And even Stephen Curry reacted to his Splash Brother’s departure right before heading to his first-ever Olympics campaign, “It sucks!” Despite the painful loss, Steph managed to ball out in Paris and won his maiden Olympic gold. However, it only reminded Dub Nation of Klay’s absence.

As the Warriors hosted the Kings tonight, they decided to celebrate Steph’s Olympics achievement by bringing him to center court along with Draymond and Steve Kerr. Then, the former DPOY put the gold medal around the champion’s neck while the Chase Center erupted with thunderous applause.

Well, it was truly an emotional moment as the Warriors trio who have been the pillars of the franchise for over a decade and turned it into a dynasty shared hugs and got their pictures clicked inside the arena that they built. However, there was something missing and the fans noticed. Yes, we are talking about the fourth pillar of the franchise, Klay Thompson, who was as important, if not more, in the team’s unfathomable success.
