If making shoes inspired by a car wasn’t enough for Stephen Curry, he’s going to take it a notch above now. This time, he teamed up with sneaker artist MACHE to craft a custom pair of his signature shoes, pulling inspiration from INFINITI’s QX50. The whole process took center stage in an episode of his Life, Lived series.

But that wasn’t enough for the 2x MVP. San Francisco’s NBA All-Star Weekend wasn’t just about hoops—it was also the perfect backdrop for a game-changing collaboration. Stephen Curry played a key role as an athletic powerhouse teamed up with German luxury car customizer Mansory. The star of the show? Under Armour’s newest sportswear sneaker, the Echo.

Stephen Curry stepped out in a bold yellow-and-black Echo, a sneaker Under Armour designed to honor his legacy “in his own backyard.” But unfortunately, this exact color isn’t going to be up for sale. Disappointing, sure. But stealing the spotlight was a jaw-dropping luxury car—the Le Mansory Ford GT.

This high-performance masterpiece, valued at a staggering $2.6 million, brought the entire collaboration full circle.

Under Armour is shaking things up with the Echo, launching it as part of a fresh sportswear strategy. Chief product officer Yassine Saidi explained the marketing gibberish for us mortals, “The Echo footwear is the first launch as part of Under Armour’s new sportswear strategy, signaling a bold shift in how we approach design and innovation. By blending cutting-edge technology with forward-thinking design, it redefines the balance of style and functionality for today’s athlete.”

The sneaker officially drops in April, with a colorway that Under Armour promises will be “bold” and “attention-grabbing.”. Guess we’ll decide that later. Well, how does this affect Steph‘s legacy? He inches closer to becoming a billionaire. He’s worth $105.8 million, according to Forbes.

But he has the pull to bring in Mansory for a collaboration. And an interesting detail—Nike decided to make LeBron‘s Lamborghini Aventador to match his X1 ‘King’s Pride’ floral sneakers and we know he’s a billionaire. So… do the math.

Anyway, this only shows a bright future for his marketability. And it couldn’t be any clearer considering this wasn’t the only collaboration Steph unveiled this weekend.

Stephen Curry reveals another collaboration with an Italian luxury fashion house

Before taking on the Rockets, Curry showed up in a striking purple tracksuit. At first, it looked like just another Stone Island piece, complete with the brand’s iconic compass logo. But here’s where things got interesting—this wasn’t just Stone Island. Turns out, the tracksuit was a special collab between the high-end European brand and Curry Brand, his Under Armour-backed line.

The internet wasted no time reacting. Fans couldn’t believe the unexpected partnership, with some questioning how the two worlds even collided. Stone Island later confirmed the tracksuit was created exclusively for the ’024 Curry Camp class. Every year, Curry gathers some of the best high school players in the country for an elite training experience, and this time, those select few are walking away with a serious flex.

“This is about opening doors for young athletes and giving them a chance to write their own stories,” Curry shared. “I’m beyond excited that these exceptional players will be recognized in such a special way during All-Star Weekend.”. Curry knows what it’s like to be overlooked. He wasn’t a five-star recruit, and plenty of scouts doubted his NBA potential.

The jackets themselves are pure gems! Made from Stone Island’s Nylon Metal Watro-TC—crafted with regenerated yarn and finished with a resin treatment—the tracksuit gets its deep purple color from a double-dye process. You won’t be able to get this too, again a bit disappointing. But with a collab this bold, we might see more co-branded drops in the future. Hopefully, they will be available to us poor fans!
