As he revealed in an interview, the ceremony wasn’t too intricate, as “We got married right at home, right at the dinner table.” For the NBA star, marriage wasn’t a big change, “because we live like that every day.” This indicates that Isaiah and Kiley had a strong bond before the same eventually led to them tying the knot. Not much information is known about Kiley before she married the Detroit Pistons star. Even her Instagram account is set to private. However, she keeps popping up on the NBA player’s social media page occasionally, more recently as Stewart kept sharing updates of her pregnancy journey.

Isaiah and Kiley welcomed a son back on July 27, 2024. As highlighted by Kiley through an official Instagram post, the little bundle of joy was named Rafa Naryan Stewart. He made his first appearance in a bunch of wholesome pictures, of the new family, shared in the same post.

“It’s a strong name,” said Stewart when discussing his son’s name. “The full meaning is the angel of healing. It has that Jamaican slang to it. If I was to say it in Jamaica, my dad’s already saying it. It’s a nice, powerful name.”

Isaiah Stewart is not someone who discusses his private life in too much intricate detail. However, he was willing to share inside details of what all transpired during Kiley’s pregnancy. In an interview with the Detroit Free Press, Stewart revealed getting excited upon first receiving the news of his wife’s pregnancy. Throughout the months, several of the Pistons squad members kept teasing the Center, as he revealed “I spoke to Cade (Cunningham), he cracks jokes about me becoming a father. (Jalen Duren’s) been calling me out the blue, like ‘It’s almost time?’ Stuff like that. (Jaden Ivey) too, he’s got kids. He’s been checking in, asking me how it’s going, telling me how his household is with two kids.”

As the husband, Isaiah Stewart took it upon himself to aid his wife during her time of need. He revealed making sure that Kiley got massages in for her body as it reportedly kept aching.
