Stephen and Ayesha Curry lead a marvelous life. Stephen Curry, once underpaid, struck it rich eventually and became the only NBA player to sign two $200 million contracts. His wife too became an entrepreneur, releasing cookbooks, appearing at cook shows, and starting a pop-up restaurant in San Francisco and Las Vegas. But being full-time working parents comes with unforgiving challenges, leading the two to adapt to new ways of coping.

Given that Ayesha Curry is a full-time working mother, she manages to come up with new ways of dealing with anxiety. She even went so far as to suggest that her husband try the same thing back in 2021. Every couple needs space to release their stress individually; even in happy marriages. However, that does not take away from how life is for his wife, Ayesha. Apart from working full-time in various engagements, Ayesha is a mother of three and still manages to take time out for her family.

In an episode of her podcast, Because Life, Ayesha, and Sydel Curry talked about various things, including postpartum depression and anxiety. This was where Ayesha came up with one of the ways of coping that she even imparted to her husband.

On the podcast, Ayesha said, “You learn different tools to cope with that anxiety like meditation and journaling. I told Stephen the other day actually. I was like, sometimes go in your car, roll up the windows, and have a good scream. It’s beautiful.”

The wife of the NBA star went on to explain this therapeutic method. She said, “…But then I realized we’re primal human beings. Right? To use those vocal cords and even breath work. I’ve been learning. I didn’t know about breath work, and I was like, that makes a lot of sense.”
